What is Next Leadership Association?

Next Leadership Association’s (NLA) goal is to create world-class leaders. While many people are content to argue fine points of theology, NLA is creating a big tent for leaders who adhere to a statement of faith broad enough to be inclusive, yet narrow enough to be distinctly Christian. In other words, NLA believe that starting another conversation is the last thing the world needs. The world needs women and men who implement Kingdom values. For NLA that includes understanding the times, being fully integrated into the communities and cities we inhabit, caring for the earth, staying above the political fray, allowing people’s gifts to make a way for them and not holding them back because of gender. In short, the people of NLA are progressive leaders with fundamental souls. And they would like to invite you in to a deeper relationship.
